I suggest the game will ave an assistant GM, that will send all the privet maps with the new facts about the new places.
That will make it alot easier for the GM...

I agree, I cannot imagine trying to GM this game alone. :(

Can I offer a few suggestions? From what I see, the Netherlands can quickly be contained, and the other seafaring nations take too long to get builds. So why not let the seafaring nations have 2 centers in europe, and one 'secret' colony, only they know about, elsewhere. It could make it more balanced, with more guaranteed builds. And you could put more neutral armies in russia and Turkey's way...

I am really busy with school right now, I can probably throw out some suggestions, if you make the map, I can edit them just like I did with the ROI maps.

After thinking about the game setup I think that the game format should be left alone for the most part. As you saw in the last game, Netherlands had a pretty good time expanding through the new world. I believe that "TheChosen1" said it correctly that the Western powers were too busy fighting one another too early in the game.

The point of the game is to explore first then fight your other countries, I think people are putting too much emphasis on "blocking" another country from exploring. Since all of the western powers were too busy fighting, that allowed Turkey/Russia to blitz their way through the new world quickly.

Having said all of that, I do think that the Russia/Turkey should have a few less centers available to them.
