Changes to Join game search

We had a bit of a cockup with the April Fools games because it turns out non-premiums were not able to see the ones that were Premium, even if they had a credit to be able to join it. I have put in a quick fix which forces the search if a game number is provided. From now on, if you search for a game by number on the Join game page, this will override all your filters and return the game regardless of its settings. The argument is that if you know the game id, then you want to see it whether it fits your search filters or not.

The other change is more major, and a bit of a trial. If people do not like it, we can go back to the old form.

The ordering of games found to join has been altered to provide non-password games first before providing password protected ones. The idea is to make it easier for people to see games they can join. We have a lot of newer players who think all the games need passwords and don't realize they could have filtered the password ones out. So to be clear, Join game will order FIRST by whether it is a public game or password protected; so public games with 6, 5, 4 ... 0 slots will be shown before then password protected ones with 6, 5, 4 etc slots. The theory is that if you want to find a protected game, you probably know what it is anyway because you have to have the password.

Excellent changes, dipsy, thank you. There indeed are a lot of players new to this site who don't understand the concept of password protected games.
