Hundred variant - AoE change

Initial feedback on the new variant suggests that the AoE variant needed a change. The old starting positions for the 3 countries were not at all fair given the map.

The AoE starting positions have been changed to
- England : Devon
- France : Toulouse
- Bugundy : Luxembourg

This gives a more balanced picture.
