I've just noticed PCC1 is complete and a most mysterious (i'm sure easily explained) board and result. Looks like E/G alliance vs T/A, but a 3-way draw between T/A/G. Why has England accepted? Most curious. Will there be a write-up of the game? Perhaps a discussion thread? I'm very interested... over to the PCC1 guys... :?: :?: :?:

Please see my previous post in this thread for an explanation. I do realize I forgot to mention that I was talking about PCC1.

Yes, it is. Also, I would just like to note that I dumbly accepted the draw (yes I am still sore about that  ) before Fall 1909 moves were adjudicated (and since I was the last one to accept the game immediately finished). However, for some reason the Fall 1909 orders were still processed, causing me and Austria to lose a SC and Turkey and Germany to gain one. So what I am saying is that the detour points are slightly off. I am sure the rest of the players can confirm that Fall 1909 was just a ghost adjudication (or whatever they should be called) and therefore call for a revision of the detour scores (though this will only make a difference if the regular playdip system yields a tie at the end of the tourney).

This WAS the results thread, but I realised results would get lost amongst the other posts, so I opened a Results thread here.... which is going to get lost among the posts ;)

One more thing; I deleted a thread which may have been used to break the ANONYMITY rules. Under this section in the Rules thread, it says:
All speculation about identities must remain in the game, though; that is, via in-game messages and/or shoutbox.
I don't believe the deleted thread was an attempt to reveal players' identities in any games, but any speculation must be IN GAME only.

Ah, this does explain why the game progressed to builds with no change of SC colour. OK I will review the scoring.

An update to the entrants list.

First, I have received no replies from either jkmma911 or Yorkshireman to requests to confirm they are still interested in the tournament, so I have taken both off the entrants list. If they return to site (neither logged into games since September) and want to be re-introduced I'll put them back in.

Second, sevenoaks has been removed from the tournament. I have surrendered him from active games but not altered orders. I have also asked reserves if they are available to replace him, and advertised in Premium Lounge to find a replacement.

The Rules for this are:
4. TD's role in the event of a surrender or resignation
(c) Should an entrant resign from the tournament, be expelled or otherwise resign voluntarily, the TD will issue HOLD orders for the player's country in any active game(s) whilst seeking a replacement.
(d) The TD will attempt to find a permanent replacement to take over the resigned player's position in games and in the tournament.
(e) In the case of a resignation only, if no permanent replacement can be found, the TD will attempt to find a replacement for the active game(s).
(f) if no replacement can be found, the TD will play the country/ies in Civil Disorder, as in E4(b) above.

So, if I cannot find a replacement, the countries will be in Civil Disorder.
