Trust me, as someone far older, far wiser and having run a few tournaments here before there really isn't any other sensible way.
Just set up the games, send the captains the details with passwords and then let them send onto their own players only the details that that particular player needs.

Simples.
I will be running the London Marathon on 22nd April 2012 to raise funds to help disabled children and in memory of my darling wife who sadly passed away in January 2012.
