Diplomacy World Cup - TEAM CANADA

Postby Lucifers_Hammer » 23 Aug 2010, 00:12

Since Canada doesn't appear to be represented, let me represent

Looking for players who are based in Canada interested in representing tbe Great White North. If there are more than 4 respondents in total who wish to represent the Greatest Country in the World, we can discuss about selection of Team Canada representatives from the pool of said Canadian respondents.

Team Canada 1
1. General Byng
2. Master Radishes.
3. Ceebs
4. lannes

Team Canada 2
1. paulus
2. Crunkus
3. Blackhawk
4. Lucifers_Hammer

Alternates
1. Dar Krum
2. Devine9
3. Pokerface
4. Deepstar

Excellent.

I have been working in the background to gather some fellow Canucks in an effort to spread the gospel of beer, BBQ, and hockey to the rest of the world. All I had to do really was promise my compatriots free beer, BBQ, and a live streaming feed to the 1972 Summit Series game. Now that Hammer has stepped up and offered to Captain, all requests for said free beer, BBQ, and live streaming should be sent to him.

That said, any members of Team Canada who fall down drunk and are unable to regain their senses within the amount of time it takes the rest of us to notice will have their eyebrows shaved, make-up applied, any remaining beer confiscated, and your live stream will be switched to cricket. But then, you all already knew that.
Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been,...If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods,...will have lived a noble life and live on in the memories of your loved ones. - Marcus Aurelius

Count me in. I'm a Canadian citizen living in Finland but I qualify because I like hockey and miss Timmy's (I don't feel a refugee from Harper's regime though, not interested much in Canadian politics since I don't live there anymore).

So what's next?

Sign me up if there is still room. If we need 2 teams, I suggest a BC team, as I think at least 4 of us are West Coasters
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own SC's?

Yeah, to move this along, please split this into two teams.

I don't know how many times I have to say this...
