Ok I'll captain a midwest team. Or would it be better if it was great lakes or Ohio Valley since we can only have 4 to a team? (I live in Indiana)

Stick to Mid-West, I would think. We don't have enough premium members for small areas like that.

Can I ask that everybody puts the link to this in their signature? We need as many people as we can get.

Also, I'm planning on asking Avalanche if we can have a sub-forum for this so that non-prems can join too.

You messed up on the link to Detroit_Red's thread. Which anyone should check out, if they're African or not. It's an awesome sign up thread.

I just wonder why there is no European or western Europe team,
there must be enough players.

I don't want to make the team captain but I surly would join

Of course, I'd qualify for a UK team - but I'm just getting in touch with me roots man.

And we have a cool flag.
I will be running the London Marathon on 22nd April 2012 to raise funds to help disabled children and in memory of my darling wife who sadly passed away in January 2012.

To formally ask, please add Team Canada to the Diplomacy World Cup tournament. I have already posted a roll call for Canadian players but didn't post here requesting a spot - as pointed out by iShine.
