There's nothing stopping you...in some circles it's frowned on since you're eliminated...but yeah, basically just depends on how much you care about etiquette (etiquette that's a lot more of a grey area online than it is in FtF)....but as far as site rules go, as long as it's done through the game messages, it's perfectly legal.
