For some reason, I think this might have failed...
While I am posting, what was this game actually about? I have forgotten, it has been so long

I'll take up a spot if the game is still needing players. Alternately, I can be a reserve player.

I have capacity to join another forum game--especially one about to start--but I can't find any info on the rules/map for this game in this thread or the original.

If you're still looking for a player (or reserve), PM me with a link to rules/map, and I'll probably play.

Here's a link to the rules: http://www.diplom.org/Online/variants/renaissance.html the map is basically just the standard map, with a passable Switzerland and a different configuration for the starting powers.

I have a stake in getting this game going...I'm actually one of the creators of this variant, but have never had a chance to play it. Let's get it started!

Hey folks.

I thought this game was dead because we were unable to get a 7th player. It's been over a month since I was in contact with the players re confirmations and the like.

I'm more than willing to run this game, as I would have liked a chance to be a GM. I'll send out a PM to all players who had expressed interest to see who is still wanting to play.

Hi Yank. It depends how quickly you get going and how quickly Baltic winds down, but as long as I'm not playing both of them intensively together, count me in
