Could some explain in very easy steps, how I update the number of players in the title of the game wanting players thread. I do apologise in advance for being extremely stupid, but I cannot figure it out.

Thanks

If you edit the original post, you can also edit the title subject.

I think anyone can view their own stats. You just have to be premium to view others. Your consistency is 99.44%

Thanks!

I guess you mean "Statistics"->"You"? If yes, so this is a premium member area. Something different i have not seen yet...

I posted a game in the games looking for players section, but it looks like many of the games are posted in this section as well.

Is it appropriate to post in both?

If you are playing a "casual" classicist game, does it matter if it's ranked or not?

Secondly, do players here prefer ranked games??

I'm just a footsoldier around here, but i believe these answers are true. One of TPTB can confirm.

You will tend to get better results by posting in the Classicist section AND in the general games section. Just make sure you spell out that its Classicist only.

I do not believe it matters whether it is ranked or not. As far as player preference, there is probably no consensus on that, but I know there are several who enjoy the freedom of unranked.

Hope these are accurate and helpful. :)

I am curious... what are the differences between Classicists and Ambassadors? I realize that the Classicist idea was implemented before the creation of the Ambassador and Diplomat classes, but now that those classes do exist, is there a certain level of redundancy in being an Ambassador and a Classicist? Are there any specific benefits to being both an Ambassador and a Classicist?

I don't intend any disrespect to either Classicists or Ambassadors by asking this question; on the contrary, I am a new player hoping to become both once I have enough games to qualify. I'm just curious where the distinction between the two lies.
