It's The Copper Room in Charles Roe House, 60-62 Chestergate, Macclesfield SK11 6DY
The building is a café on the ground floor, a private medical practice higher up, and we are on the middle floor. There's a grand Victorian staircase and a lift up. It's a 5min walk from Travelodge.
