Here's one
My worst day on the playdip site. The day two cheaters in the western triple turned out to be same person. They were eliminated. It felt horrible. I appreciate the work the cheater hunters do.
My best day was provided by one the replacement a guy with the handle lucifers_hammer. He restored my faith and we worked a two way. Great guy, great player. I wonder how he is?!

LH was one of my favorite players I’ve ever come accross. So fun to play with. Shame he got himself kicked from the site twice. He was the last player to get me out of one of my hiatuses. Then he was kicked out of the game he convinced me to join, never to be heard from again.

Why did he get ejected?

I didn’t think it warranted him being booted, but he kind of doubled down and the mods felt they were kind of pained into a corner.

I forget what he did the first time. Perhaps similar to the second time.

If I recall correctly, it revolved around revealing info about anon games multiple times. In ways I didn’t think were that bad, but he kept doing it.

Like, he’d get really into games.

He’d make posts in the forum sometimes basically saying “hey everyone, X game is really cool and you all should follow it. I’m about to kick everyone’s ass.”

Or he’d complain and troll a bit about people wanting 6 way draws and stuff like that.

I also remember him basically starting an AAR for an anon game before the game was over.

He kept doing stuff like that and eventually one or two mods got sick of it and gave him an ultimatum. He doubled down and snapped a bit at the mods, so they kicked him.

I thought he was great for the game and the site. Great character, though some misunderstood him. He made any game more fun and interesting for being in it. I still miss his presence. He was one of the most memorable parts of one of my most memorable games.

He was a top ten player a while ago.

I want to say he was most active between 2010 and 2014ish. Then he came back for a bit. I was in his last game. It was probably in 2016.

I don’t think I could name a single favorite player. He’d be on my list for sure though.
