I was trawling through the variant bank and here's a game that caught my eye - British Isles Region Diplomacy, or BIRD.
There are seven powers Highlands, Lowlands, Yorkshire, Ulster, Eire, Wales and Southeast. All standard diplomacy rules apply. There are no special rules, it is only a different map.
I'd like to run a game with 72/48/48 deadlines, although this could be changed if people want quicker/slower ones. If people are interested, please post your first three preferences below.
