I'll restate it and add a few more as I go.

Duc Depuce is always rather unreadable and cryptic, but when he wants to, he can really give some good analysis. I have had a few conversations with him in the IRC is which he provided some excellent feedback on my thoughts and then shared his own thoughts with me.

I'd appreciate if Duc were to bring his analytical skills that he's shared with me to this thread, so he could be more helpful to the town.

(Also, not that it matters much, but I passed you up in ii votes, Julano. :D )

True, but if you're sure the mafia will axe him if you don't, there could be good reason to both attack and protect the same person. Otherwise... I can't see the justification.

bobbill1, I'd still like to hear what happened to your suspicion of Duc.

bobbill1, I'd still like to hear what happened to your suspicion of Duc.

The best result from a night kill would be for the mafia to kill someone that you are highly suspicious of. That way you don't waste your daytime lynch on a townie.

For example, if the mafia had killed jstott on night 1, we would have known that he wasn't a mafia. We would then be able to move on to other suspicions meaning that thinking might have been lynched on day 2 instead (only if we got REALLY lucky, though).

I was looking back through the day four's discussion, and I saw this:

DOI wrote:
Julano, Firestorm94, and Spage have always had protection and there's no reason why we should abandon them tonight.

Why? No offense, but as soon as the mafia decides I'm less of a controversy and more of a liability, I'm dead. Think your immunity idols through please.

Hahaha, wait, you're serious? You've got to be kidding! You're one of the most suspicious players right now, and you think that you deserve an immunity idol? This ties in with my response to DOI above. If the mafia were to kill you at night, we would be able to go after the mafia instead of you.

This is, of course, assuming that you are a townie, which you aren't. You don't need protection from a night kill because the mafia can't kill each other at night.

I wanted to respond to this earlier, but I never got around to it.

The most pertinent comments in my opinion are at vaderi, duc and nplayer.

not to dismiss the rest of your post, I don't talk to enough people on IRC? how many people do you want me to talk to? 10 at a time? I'm usually on when there's a mafia game going on and so I'm talking to 5 people already. as for the rest, I don't feel comfortable with interogating people and of the attempts made in this thread to interogate someone they have all been screaming matches which I don't feel like jumping into, I do watch what is said and try to contribute my thoughts but to me the inactive players seem to be the greater problem rather than battering at bobbill1 until you get something you want from his frantic defenses.

I did try to 'interogate' WalterEgo the first day but I didn't feel it helped other than to piss me off.

Don't worry, I wasn't really posting in support of what ATE said, just commenting that he had said something. There is potential that you, duc or nplayer are mafia and didn't like what ATE was thinking about you.

The obvious lynch right would as many are implying be Bobill, mostly because of the reason vaderi stated : because even"If Bobbill1 isn't mafia then the mafia are going to keep after him just to keep us divided and fixed on a non-mafia target." Since I am not up to date with, nor involved in the current dispute between bobbill and the rest I´ll just stay silent and watch that discussion (but I will from now on check in here every hour or so to check everything that is going on, so I will not be inactive).

Yeah, lurk. Don't contribute anything to the town; that might help us.

How would it help the town if I threw myself into an argument (I was only referring to the Bobill vs Town-discussion, nothing else, note "THAT" discussion) that I will fail miserably in?

Well, first of all, arguments bring a lot of information to the town. Staying around and not contributing anything will not help the town at all. If you know you are town, you can make an argument and watch for responses to it. Based on that, you can conclude who you think are mafia. From there, you could post what you think. Even if everyone completely ignores it, once they lynch you and find out you are town (if you really are), they will take what you said seriously, and you WOULD be helping the town.

There are many ways to help the town; lurking is not one of them. I suggest you get serious.

You seemed to have missed my point here good sir :P. I never said I would not participate in arguments from here on, just that I would NOT participate in the argument Bobill vs Town. To make it clear and simple, I state from now on 1. That I have been inactive and stupid and a prick. 2. That I will not interact in Bobbill vs Town 3. That I WILL participate in any other discussion where I find I can add something valuable.
Also, I made two post concerning my innocence that almost got completely overlooked (even though they were small and very dumb, they still existed), but I don´t blame you because I have played so badly.

Well, I would like to know WHY you won't participate in the Bobbill1 vs Town discussion. (can it be called that?) Obviously more talkers means more info.

Okay, that's fine. Thank you for clarifying. Perhaps you could post a list of who you think is town and who you think is mafia. Any information you post has the potential to be helpful, so don't be shy. :D
